I just realized there is also another formula for Expectancy:
Expectancy = [1 + (W/L)] x P-1
Where:
W= Average winning trade
L= Average losing trade
P= Percentage win ratio
Not sure which one to follow......

Expectancy Rate on Account Performance Summary Page
I would like to know if its possible to include an Expectancy Rate calculation on the Account Performance Summary.
I am pretty sure you know the formula but its:
Expectancy Rate= (Average Dollar Win/Win Rate) - (Average Dollar Loss/Loss Rate)
I would like to have Ninjatrader calculate this percentage.
And right below calculate a monthly estimated profit by taking Expectancy Rate x Number of Trades taken over that day.
Remember that a month is 21.666 (260 days (you have to exclude weekends) / 12). I think Ninjatrader calculates Profit per Month by multiplying the day profits x 365 /12 which is assuming that you will trade on weekends.
Thanks
