Can't load chart ZC (corn future)

Hi guys,

When I load a chart from IB it stays empty. I do have a subscription and I am able to see the chart from tradestation. I am not getting any error message.

The symbol is just standard: ZC|ECBOT

Can anyone please help?

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About
What version of TWS are you using? You can check under TWS -> Help -> About -> Scroll to the Build #
What expiry month are you using for the ZC?

I'm using NT7 and TWS 917.9a.

I have tried ZC 12-11 and ZC 03-12.

Its only this chart I'm having troubles with. ES charts work fine.
