    No data for ZN futures

    Please see attached. Not able to see any live data for ZN or ZB futures while everything else works fine. Please advise

    Hello smeagol,

    Thanks for your post.

    Please open the Options menu (Tools > Options), then select the Data tab.
    Set the 'Merge Policy' in that tab to 'DoNotMerge', then click OK.

    Will the data load for you at this point?

      still does not work for the ZN. Everything else fine.

        Hi,

        Does real-time data for ZN appear in the DOM or the Orders tab of the Control Center window?

          No it does not. ES, TF, 6E, CL all work in DOM and Order window. When selecting ZN, nothing.

                    Still nothing for the ZN or ZB, tried restarting several times also. Also tried repairing the database.

                      Please ensure you are using the current version of NT V7.1000.7. You can check this under Help--> About.

                      Once you have verified you are on the current version, please reset your instruments.

                      To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.


                      Then restart NinjaTrader and test again.
