    Disconnect enforced due to an undesired state

    When I try to log into my live account, I get the following message:

    " Disconnect enforced due to undesired CQG API state. Please contact NinjaTrader support for further instructions. "

    What am I supposed to do?

    Hello Taddypole,

    Unfortunately there is an issue with NinjaTrader/CQG which does not allow you to connect. I can reproduce it on my end and we received many reports from other customers that connect to CQG in NinjaTrader.

    Our Development team is working with CQG to find the cause and solution. Once there is any news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

            What's the status on this? It's still a problem - we're losing valuable trading time - it worked yesterday, nothing changed on my side - when will this be fixed?

              Unfortunately there is no news yet - Development and CQG are still investigating the issue.

              Once there is news, I will let you know.

                8:32 AM EST ... Just able to connect to NT w/ CQG. Hope it is stable rest of day. A little bit leary in trading until I know that the connection will stay up.

                    Yes, the issue has been resolved. So far all users that reported the issue are able to reconnect.

                    Please reboot your computer and check if you can get connected.
