error on loading chart data

I have ninjatrader configured to connect to IB. Connection is working. So I am now trying to pull up chart for BIDU or AAPL for getting an error message:

Error on loading chart data for 'AAPL default'. Historical Market Data Service error message. No market data permissions for NASDAQ STK

I am able to pull the chart in TWS.. what do I need to do in ninjatrader to fix this?

no security definition

I am not sure what I exactly did.. but now I am getting a different error:
Error on loading chart data for 'BIDU Nasdaq': IB : Error in requesting historical data from IB: No security definition has been found for the request (200)

I did what following post suggests:

but no luck. build is 917.8.

Hi,

Please disconnect, then reset your instrument list.
To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.




After resetting, restart NinjaTrader, then reconnect to IB. Would a new AAPL chart load for you now?
