    Display of duplicate Bid & Ask on Superdom

    Hi,

    As per attached screen shot Superdom displays duplicate bid & ask during Market Replay.

    Thank you for reporting.

    Was this data recorded from a live connection or did you download it from our servers?

    What time zone is your PC clock set to?

      It was downloaded from your server and PC clock is set to New York time(EST).

        Hi WAhn,

        Please open a new workspace (File > Workspaces > New Workspace), then add a new DOM and start replaying data. Does the same issue occur here?

          It still has the same issue even in a newly opened workspace..

            Hi WAhn,

            Have you tried downloading a new copy of this day's data? I do not see the same issue here when using that replay data so I expect a new copy would help here.

              I did downloaded again and even reset & repair data.
              But still same....................

                Hi WAhn,

                That is out of place.

                Just to confirm, Level II data was downloaded in addition to Level I data, correct?

                  Yes, I checked on both L1 & L2 as usual
                  How can I compeletely delete all of Market Replay data?

                    Hi WAhn,

                    Please shut down NinjaTrader, then open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > DB > Data folder. In that folder, find a sub-folder named '20111208'.

                    Next, restart NinjaTrader and re-download today's data. If you see the same issue, please let me know.
