    AMP CQG connection failing

    Login failed: Exception of type
    'CQG.Trader.DataAccess.SessionManager.NoTradingInt erfaceEnabledException' was thrown.

    NT7 on XP

    demo mode

    Any thoughts?

    ATTN: Cameron in the subject field and a link to this forum post in the body.

    Include the Config.xml file as an attachment.

      1) There are some CQG demo accounts are having trouble logging in this morning. All parties involved are aware of what is going on and working together to get this resolved ASAP.

      If you are trying to connect to a CQG demo at this time you may receive the same error message reported in post #1.

                  Please see the instructions in post #2 regarding sending your Config.xml file in to our support channel.



                  Once we have received this we will be able to test on our end.

                    Thank you, we received your Config.xml, however we deleted the post as this is not an attachment that should be public.

                    When I tested on my end, there was not CQG connection setup.

                    The following link will take you to a page that details the steps required for creating a connection to CQG.

                    Additionally, you may need to speak with your broker to create a new demo account or ensure that your current demo has not expired.

                      Ohh, I didn't understand. I thought that happened some mistake from the browser and I added it one more time. Excuse me.
