how to load a strategy template

I load a chart go to strategies select my strategy but when I go to Template load I can not load a predetermined strategy template How can I do that???

Thank you for your post.

To load a chart template you will need to right click on the chart, select Templates > Load, then select the template from the drop down list and click OK.

Loading a chart template after enabling a strategy will remove the strategy from the chart.

The problem is I have my strategy templates in the Ninja - templates- strategy templates but when I go to Templates Load and try to select from the drop down list nothing comes up there this is the problem??? Thank you

Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: ChrisS" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) A copy of the template you are trying to load
3.) You log and trace files for today.
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The log file will be named "log.20111219.txt"
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
The trace file will be named "trace.20111219.txt"
