No indicators or strategies

When i try ro add an indicator or strategy to my charts in NT7 the description apears on the chart but nothing plots. If I try to run a strategy then I get the same, a description but no strategy running. If I go to the control center and try to enable the strategy nothing happens...

Can someone help me with this..

Thanks for the post. Are there any error messages noted in log tab of the control center? Are you having trouble with any indicators or just custom ones? Does the default SMA plot for you?

Hi,

I can plot simple SMAs but the minuit I try to add any custom indicators and strategies nothing happens. When I try to enable the strategies in the control center it just doesnt enable but does not display an error message. All strategies where running on a previous download of NT7 about two weeks ago?

Thanks for the reply. Can you please send your trace and log files so we can see if they provide any clues?

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.
