Kinetic End of Day Pricing

Can someone please direct me appropriately with this query?

I am trying to find some end of day prices using the instrument manager and must be doing something wrong.

I want to look at charts of qqq, hl and lyscf.

For some reason when I add these to one of my instrument lists and bring up a chart, the chart has no bearing on the current price. in fact if I bring up a chart for any of these indicators I get the same (incorrect chart).

Any tips on how to find the correct prices for the symbols noted above?

Thank you for your post.

When connected to the Kinetick End of Day (Free) connection this will not update the current days price until the end of the day after the Exchange has closed and will not update real time for the current day.

In order to receive real time data with Kinetick you would be required to subscribe at the link I have provided below.

Thanks for that. Defs understand that I'd need to pay for real time to get real time.

My end of day charts for the 3 symbols I put in as examples yield the same chart and neither of them is anywhere near what it should be. I'm not off by missing today's pricing...I seem to be in another 'dimension' for lack of a better word.

Would it help if I sent you my resultant chart or something?

If you right mouse click within the chart and select "Reload all historical data" does the chart then populate with the correct data? If it does not please attach a screen shot of your chart so I may attempt to replicate on my end.

Here is a possible clue in answer to your previous question...

When I attempt to 'reload all historical data' for any of those symbols I get a blank chart screen.

I'm certain this is user error, but am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Please confirm you are attempting to load a Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly chart. If data still does not populate please attach a screen shot of your chart window.

just doing daily for now...

after restoring the data for qqq lycsf and hl, those now give blank charts.

I tried to add smith and wesson (swhc) ... chart attached. The pricing i get for this is the same as for any other I attempt to load.

So regardless of what symbol I request, I get the same data, but who knows what security it is...
