Is is possible scale out of a trade on several contracts with a breakeven stop without writing an ATM strategy? Thanks.

Just write your strategy with multiple orders, and then write code to move all the stops to breakeven when the correct profit target is reached. No need for an ATM strategy, which by the way, limits you to a maximum of 3 targets.
