    No connection to ZenFire

    I just downloaded NT 7 on my desktop and am using ZenFire demo as my data provider. For some reason when I try to connect to ZenFire I keep getting the following message:

    Login failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection.

    I can open any website and the internet connection is fine and have also checked about the username and password for zenfire. They are accurate. I am using Windows 7.

    Can someone help me to understand what is going wrong here? Thanks.

        Hi,

        Please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com.

        In the message, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of your Config file from the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.

          I am experiencing the exact same problem this evening, trying to connect to Zen Fire, i get the exact same message that is posted at the bottom of this thread. Is this a Zen Fire issue tonight or some other problem. I have been using the same connection for a few years and no problems. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks,

            There are no widespread issues effecting Zen-Fire users this evening.

            Please follow up with us by sending a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. In the message, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of your Config file.
            You'll find the Config file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder.
