    Error loading

    Ive tried Reset Instruments. I even removed NT from my computer and reinstalled and keep getting this error when trying to load a chart...

    Error on loading chart date for 'LULU Default': Error - response too short {2D}{20}{2D}{20}{2D}

    then....

    Ameritrade: ERROR: BACKFILL "LULU" response too short {2D}{20}{2D}{20}{2D}

      Good morning.

      The green connection light at the bottom of my Control Center indicates I am connnected to Kinetick using NT7. However, none of my charts are showing activity since close of session 12/30.

      Did I miss a memo that explained something really basic??

        Sorry, I misread the Economic Calendar.

        It is only January 2d, that has to put me in first place for the Dumbest Question of the Year.

          Is this also responsible for the missing data on the chart? The chart data goes from 12/23 and then skips to 12/27. I followed some instructions for clearing out the cache folder and also tried the reset instruments and Reload hist data.

          Or is this all because we are not in normal trading hours that its not loading all data?

            The 5:00 am EST open on 12/27 got me last week.

            I was expecting 6:00pm EST previous night.

            I can't find if we open tonight at 6:00pm, or 5:00am EST tomorrow (1/3).

                  I'm experiencing the same problem as previously posted. I tried the link posted by NinjaTrader_RJ, but it links to an empty page. I'm using NT 7.0.1000.8. Any updates on this issue?

                      There is nothing NT can do,

                      TDA has responded...

                      NT has to get off the TDA .dll...

                          Dear Ray,

                          I am using TD Ameritrade as my data feed and it works well with ca. 2000 NYSE stocks with the exception of TCP, VOC, CFX, AAT, ATV, XLS, PACD, TSU, CTL, IMPV, TMS and TEA. I receive the same error message every time I tried to download new historical data.

                          Any ideas why these ones?
