Can't enter orders due to username error

Just started getting a strange error in the last few minutes when trying to place orders on TF. I get a pop-up that says:

"Zen-Fire, Trader '[username]' is not logged into the ICE trading system affected Order: Buy 1 Limit @ 756.8"

The username listed is NOT my username. I have logged out of Zen-Fire and reconnected, to no avail. I made live trades earlier today successfully on ZB, which is not an ICE product. I was also able to place an order successfully just now on CL, which is an ICE contract. I am running NT 7.0.1000.6 on Windows 7.

Now able to place live TF orders again. No changes made on my end.

Can you please go to Help--> Mail to support and send us your log and trace files from this morning.

Please include 'Attn: Matthew' and a reference to this thread.

Can you please try manually attaching this files to an email.

You will find the log file on your PC in the Documents folder > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

• The log file will be named log.20110103.txt

You will find the trace file on your PC in the Documents folder > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

• The trace file will be named trace.20110103.txt

Please attach both of these files to your next response. If these files are over 4MB, please let me know and I can respond with alternative instructions.
