    CQG problems

    CQG has missing data disconnected for 2 hours.
    Between 2:50-4:50 am CST.
    Reload historical does not put it back.
    It is on all instruments

    Hello Mike_32,

    Thank you for your note.

    There was an issue with the NinjaTrader data server that records CQG products this morning that caused the server to stop recording historical data.

    The issue itself has been resolved, however the server will be missing data in a 2 hour window from 3:47 - 5:47a EST.

    Unfortunately I do not have notification of if or when the data will be restored for this time frame.

    I apologize for any inconvenience.
