Cant get YM from Rithmic / Mirus

For some bizzare reason I cant get YM connection to Mirus using Rithmic server not ZF. All other symbols are OK. It says YM 03-12 ECbot not supported. data not available.

I can get data in RTrader.

How can I investigate this?

Hello maxima,

Can you please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager and remove the YM 03-12 from your instrument list.

Highlight the YM in the 'Available master instruments' section and click Edit. Disable the Ecbot exchange and enable the Globex exchange.

Add the YM 03-12 back to your instrument list and check if historical data is loaded.

I actually tried that before but didnt remove it from the instrument list. once I followed your instructions everything has worked brilliantly! thank you

Cant display YM

My Instrument Manager says Globex but I cannot get any data from Rithmic/Amp Futures.

Can you please advise what I need to do?

Can you please disconnect Rithmic and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab and click Reset Instruments. Restart NinjaTrader and check if you receive realtime data for the YM 03-14.

If the issue remains, please send me your Config.xml file, so I can test your connection on my end. You can find the Config.xml file at C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in your email and send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, Cant get YM from Rithmic / Mirus' in the subject header.
