    Error on reloading data

I was trying to get historical data for two instruments (nat gas futures HH and HP).

I added each instrument to the Default list in Instrument manager. (I searched and they were found).

From Historical data manager, I selected one, put in my date range (10 years from yesterday) and clicked download (daily and minute).

I immediately got multiple popup with the message "error on reloading data: UNable to load historical data: unknown instrument (Panic)

I am successfully connected to a paid Kinetick connection which has worked fine until this point.

    Hi Mike,

Thanks for posting to report this issue.

Is Kinetick the only data provider you're connected to? If not, which order do you connect in?

        Hello Mike,

        Thanks for your response.

NinjaTrader supports multiple simultaneous connections to different connectivity providers and in some cases, to the same connectivity provider allowing you to:

        • Connect to and trade through multiple brokers simultaneously
        • Connect to your broker and your data feed provider simultaneously

Below I have provided a link to the Multiple Connections section of our online help guide.

To receive data for the HH and HP you will need to update the symbol mapping.

To do this follow the steps below.
Within the Control Center go to Tools> Instrument Manager..
Under Name type HH and select search
        Select HH and press Edit
        Select the Misc tab
Scroll down to Symbol Map and locate Kinetick
Type QHH for the Kinetick mapping and select OK
Now for the HP Under Name type HP and select search
        Select HP and press Edit
        Select the Misc tab
Scroll down to Symbol Map and locate Kinetick
type QHP for the Kinetick mapping and select OK

With how thinly these instruments are traded you will need to select daily intervals.

If there is anything further I may assist you with don't hesitate to ask.

          Hi guys,

I'm struggling while trying to add a new instrument and download the historical data from kinetick:

I'm looking for the BUND-Future from EUREX data
Symbol Map on Kinetick Homepage tells me "BD#"
so I create an instrument in instrument manager -> Settings: Future, Ccy = EURO, Exchange = EUREX, Template = EUREX fixed income -> on symbol map I add "QBD#" and also tried "QBD" in Kinetickrow.

After that I add the new created Instrument with Expiry date "##-##" to the default instrument list and open historical data manager -> when I try to download, I get the usual error "...unknown instrument bla bla bla...", when the symbol cannot be found...

          PLEASE HELP!!!

            Hello koalboy,

Please try using the symbol mapping 'BD' for Kinetick.
