    Hello,

Can you please clarify who you connect to for data? This is displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the NinjaTrader Control Center.

Do you receive real-time data for the 6S from the Orders tab of the Control center?

        Hello,

Are you receiving any errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so what do these errors report?

Are you able to load the 6S 03-12 in it's own chart?

Thats weird. When I tried opening a seperate 6S chart nothing shows up either...No errors in the log showed when I opened the new 6s chart.

Please delete your historical data for the 6S using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:
            Removing Historical Data

            • Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader7\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”
            • Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open an new chart.

Please let me know if this resolves your issue.

                  Hi,

Please right click in the chart and select Data Series.
In that menu, set both data series to use Panel 1, then click OK.

                        Hi,

It seems that only one of the two instruments has been set to use Panel 1 - both data series must use panel 1.

They were. I managed to figure it out. Not only do you have to set both instruments to Panel 1, you also have to set the scale justification of 1 instrument to left and the other to right or vise versa. Doesnt matter.

I was just having the same exact issue. When i loaded two data series, only one was populating the data. The other data series was not being loaded, even though that data series loads when loaded individually. So........ i tried the suggestion here. I deleted all data, delete everything in the cache folder. Re opened NT, and connected to my data provider for live feed. And now NOTHING is loading on the chart. So then I updated my NT software. My previous version was .25, now my version is .27. The problem is still happening. What can I do? I'm using CGQ.

I am getting an error "unable to connect to NT server" in the log. Is NT down? Man i gotta say.. the time i waste on NT problems
