    real time chart does not begins next day

    Hello Ninjas,

    It is strategy on ES 03-12 and CME US Index RTH connected to Kinetick and IB.

    It is running real time continuously without restarting after closing.

    CASE "A":
    Some days after the market is closed and the new day begins the "End date" remains the same as yesterday(or last tradng day) and does not update to today, so the trading today does not start at all.

    CASE "B":
    Some days after the market is closed and the new day begins the "End date" updates correctly to the new day and it is OK with the trading.

    I tried to figure out why the difference without any result.
    In Case "A" an other 24/7 chart is updating and the Orders Tab in Control Center shows updating bid/ask/last datas. Only the "End date" does not update in CME US Index RTH chart, but sometimes it is updating.

    Has You or anybody met this before ?

    This "end date", is it on your charts or something you are tracking in your strategy? If it is in your strategy, could you possibly post this strategy so we can take a look at it?

      "end date" is on chart in Data Series menu/icon.

        What version of NinjaTrader do you have? You can check in help > about. Have you noticed any other particular patterns or steps that can be done to replicate this? I will attempt to replicate on my end, however it may take time due to the nature of the issue you describe.

          It is NT 7.0. 1000.7 (live).

          I try to make some snapshots in the following days.

            I have made two snapshots, one from yesterday and one from today. You can see that the end date is not updating.

              Are you leaving charts open overnight or are you starting NinjaTrader up fresh each day?

                Please send a request to support at ninjatrader dot com along with your workspace files. Please put ATTN : Adam in the message body. The Workspace files are located in My Documents / NinjaTrader 7 / workspaces.

                      Could you possibly attempt to re-send these? I did not receive them. Please send them to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] come, with [at] replaced with @, and [dot] replaced with a "." (no quotations).
