Cqg Demo and Fdax

anyone knows if CQG discontinued Dax Futures from its demo?
I am not receiving anymore FDax quotes since this morning .....

I could not run the CQG demo at all and was informed that there is some maintenance of demo servers today so that may be the reason.

Yes it says " FDax 03-12 not enabled for real time level I quotes " , so i supposed they changed that because it always worked . And last time i asked support they told me that in demo mode FESX was not provided but FDAX was. Now it's to see if is a temporary(maybe for maintenance) or definitive suspension.
By the way if i disconnect and reconnect the charts fill ... just real time data doesn't come in....

Correct historical data will be retrieved when reloading historical data however to receive real time data you will need to have this enabled by your broker.

in case tomorrow CQG will not send out FDAX data for its demo accounts , what are the alternatives to have a NT demo account with eurex market?
I know zen-fire does allow just one 30-day demo so that's not an alternative anymore unfortunately.....

If you do not receive FDAX data with your demo account another affordable option is Kinetick as a supplementary data source within NinjaTrader.

Please contact your broker on what options they would offer. Otherwise you can use an external data feed provider such as www.kinetick.com. However this would be for a fee. If you are still running into issue getting this data please email me at sales at ninjatrader dot com and we can look into it further.
