    DOM doesn't update

    Was this problem ever resolved?

    http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ad.php?t=46811

I am trading the 3 and 10 year Australian Bonds, with CQG data feed. The 10 year updates with no problems, but the 3 year only updates when I move the ladder up and down or centre it. The price can change, but the market depth (bids and offers) remain the same.

I can put two ladders with this contract next to each other and see they only update as I click centre and I get this problem on the superDOM and staticDOM.

I just went live and this problem happens continuously.

I didn't hear back from anyone, is anyone looking at this problem?

          Hi NoRhino,

Could you please send me another note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with a link to this forum thread? Once I know your email address, I'll be able to find the other ticket related to this case. Thanks!

I sent another one, I realized it says send an email to me and as I didn't receive one both times. I tried sending a support note directly to myself and nothing!

How do I export the log file? Then I'll send it directly by email.

              Hi,

The files we would need here are simple text files.

You'll find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The files are named by date in a 'log.YYYYMMDD.txt' format.

Trace files would be found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
Those files are also named by date in a 'trace.YYYYMMDD.txt' format.

Just the most recent files should be sufficient for our investigation. Thanks again!
