Ninja has stopped opening

Hi Support,
For some reason I am unable to open NT7.
It has given this issue on occasion and closing using task manager in Win7 then reopening program has fixed the issue.
I discovered this when I had installed NT7 on another computer and wanted to backup from original and restore to new computer.
Also, I thought that perhaps the program was damaged so tried to re-install but I get a message saying to un-install original first and I don't want to lose settings etc.

Thanks for your response. I have done as you asked.
NT opened this morning but the backup has taken an hour so far and looks to be maybe half way. On a pretty new computer so not sure why. Been "Archiving tick chart data" for a long time.
What would be a normal backup time?

Hi Andrew,

As you'd imagine, the time a backup takes will depend on how much data is being backed up. Times beyond 30 minutes are not unheard of. Ultimately, the process should complete if given the time however.
