Ninja wont open

    Ninja wont open

    I double click on the ninja icon then it shows the grey box but then nothings shows up. It says it is running in the task manager.

    I am experiencing the exact same problem. it was working fine early morning, then i lost connection, so i tried to disconnect from Zen Fire and then re-connect, but nothing. So I closed NT and tried to re-start, but now have it shown as running in task manager but nothing running on my desktop.

      I've tried to open Ninja on two different computers (not at the same time) it will open and DTN.IQ feed works, but when I try to also connect to my Mirus data feed it locks up on both computers. Just talked to Mirus trade desk...guess everyone is having the same problem.

            To all,

            Clients that are using the Zenfire connection technology were running into an issue connecting this morning. We have escalated the case to zenfire and they are looking into it with priority.

            You should be able to connect currently. Please try to do so.

                Do you currently have NinjaTrader configured to connec to Zen-Fire upon startup automatically?

                If so please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris Jameson" in the subject line.

                In the message, please include the following:
                1.) A link to this forum thread.
                2.) Attach your Config file which can be found in Documents-->NinjaTrader 7
