    Unable to Cancel Pending Orders

    I had a strategy running and when I returned, it had numerous rejected orders! I went to the order page and tried to "Cancel All Orders" and all of the Pending orders remained. I get a message saying;
    "CancelAllOrders failed4: barsInProgress=0 Historical= False Orders. Count 17 instrument = 'GC 02-12' exp=Index was outside the bounds of the array"

    The strategy cannot be enabled!

    I tried to cance onthe DOM but this also has no effect.

        This is uncharaceristic of Ninja support to NOT have had some feedback as to how this problem will be resolved.

        I have sent over the requested info but yet no acknowledgement.

        Can someone (anyone) at the Ninja support staff set some expectations as to the possible timing for the resolution of this issue?

            I have resent the files again and I have also received the Automatic comfirmation from Ninja saying that they have received it as well (I got this on my first attempt a few days ago as well).

                  There are many "PendingSubmit" orders under order tab back to 3/14/2014. I reset the simulator, but can not get rid of them.

                    Try "Flatten Everything" under Control Center > File.

                        Hello ccl3093,

                        Just to confirm, these are from the Sim101 account correct?

                        If so, try resetting your data base
                        Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
                        From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
                        Select the "Data" tab
                        Press the "Reset DB" button
                        Press the "OK" button

                        The following data will be removed -
                        Historical orders
                        Historical executions
                        Historical ATM strategy data
                        Saved Strategy Analyzer backtest results


                        The following data will be maintained -
                        ATM strategy templates
                        Historical chart data
                        Cal H.NinjaTrader Customer Service

                          No. They are under a custom account. I do the simulation under multiple accounts.

                            Please follow the instructions below -

                            Disconnect from any data providers.
                            Repair your data base by going to Tools -> Options -> Data Tab
                            Restart NinjaTrader when done and reconnect.

                              There is another issue which has been holding me back almost one month. My EL code of TS sends orders to multiple accounts of NT for simulation. However, NT can not cancel limit orders sometimes. My code checked NTOrderStatus(myOrderId), and got "Cancelled". Unfortunately, the order was not cancelled, and was filled several minutes after "Cancelled". I have been working with support for a while, and no luck so far. I think that I should not be the first one having this problem in this forum. If someone has a fix, please post it here and help me out.
