    Platform crashes before loading

    Hello,

    I just registered for NinjaTrader and was able to successfully enter my license key. The first time that I loaded the platofrm, it almost immediately crashses after the initial licensing process.

    I received the error message below. I am using Windows Vista. I look forward to hearing from you.

    In your message, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

    You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    The file I need would be named 'trace.20120205.txt'.

              Please make sure the license key is entered correctly and you do not have firewall software running that is blocking NinjaTrader to connect to its server.

              If the issue remains, please send me your license key.

                How do I know if a "0" in the key is a zero or an O?

                  It is a zero - there should be no letter O's in the license key.
