    Re-connecting to ZenFire/Mirus

    I have been experiencing some intermittment internet connection problems. When this happens, Ninjatrader announces "Connection Lost" as expected. In the past, it would reconnect when the internet was restored. Lately, I've been having to shut down Ninjatrader and restart to re-connect.

    I've tried disconnecting from Mirus and re-connecting without shutting down but it just sits there and won't re-connect. Message says Connecting but nothing happens.

    Any suggestions? Thanks...

    Thanks for writing in and I am happy to assist you.

    Are you connected via wired connection or wireless connection?

    Are you using any anti-virus/firewall?

    Can you tell me what version of the NinjaTrader you are using. To get version information please follow the below steps:
    • In Control Center menu bar go to Help>About
    • In the about dialog look for version information in the top (current version is 7.0.1000.8)

        Here the same. No wired connection, no antivir. Yet the connection is interrupted constantly.

          Hello,
          To assist you further please provide me with your most current log and trace files.

          You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
          • The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
          You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
          • The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"
