PFG Connection Problem

PFG Connection Problem
Went to start up Ninja Trader this morning and NT would not connect to PFG, it will connect to Kinetick but not PFG. I have had no problems with the PFG connection in the last month, how do I get this problem resolved?

- What is your NinjaTrader license Key? You can check under Help -> License Key
- Are you receiving a specific error message when you try to connect to PFG?

Thank you for your reply.
Please make sure that you are using version 1.0.471 of the PFG API. If you are not using version 1.0.471 of the PFG API, please uninstall your PFG API from the Windows Control Panel. You may download the version 1.0.471 of the PFG API from the following link:
You may also need to remove the connection, repair your database, and recreate the connection.
To remove the connection, go to the NinjaTrader Control Center > Tools > Account Connections... Select your PFG connection and click remove.
Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.
- Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
- From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
- Select the "Data" tab
- Press the "Repair DB" button
- Press the "OK" button
Once you have repaired your database, please recreate your PFG connection.

In order that I may test your connection on my end, I would like you to send a note to Support[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com with your config.xml file attached.
You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

Hello Sir or Madam,
I am having issues connecting Ninja Trader to the PFG server
in order to have a demo account loaded to open charts for practice.
I have installed the latest version of Ninja Trader version 7.0.1000.10
in addition to installing PFGBEST.com API client version 1.0.471.
After installing those two, I have tried to connect to the PFG and it never worked.
I also followed instructions to enter the the account number, access key and
the IP address for it under connection options. After these steps, on the bottom left corner it says "connecting - PFG" but it shows no green light or any signal that I am connected.
I wanted to load forex chart such as EUR/USD to get historical data to practice
on your platform.
Please help. Thank you.

Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.
