CQG Login Failure

    CQG Login Failure

    Getting Login Failed Exception type
    "CQG Trader Data Access SessionManager NoAccoumtsFor User" was thrown.

    It's a demo account as of yesterday and was connected fine yesterday.

    I've removed the account via Tool/account connection and re applied the info.
    Restarted NT etc ...
    Using Nt 7.0.1000.8

    Anyone else having issues..?

    Can you please install our latest version (7.0.1000.9). It contains fixes and enhancements compared to the old version. You can download and install the latest version from the link below on top of your current version. Make sure NinjaTrader is closed when you install the new version.

    If the issue remains, please send me your Config.xml file so I can test your connection on my end. You can find this file at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7. Please attach it in an email which you can send to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Attn Jason, CQG Login Failure' in the subject header.

      No updating to V9 has not solved the problem.
      Have e-mailed you the Config.xml file.
