The best way to use ATI

What is the best way to use NinjaTrader ATI for generating trading signals from other charting applications, such as Wealth-Lab 6.2? Via OIF or DLL?

My main concern is about getting an information about executing a trade in NT. For example, is there a way to get a syncronization between my current position in Wealth-Lab and NinjaTrader?

What if Wealth-Lab generates an Limit sell order from a previous buy signal, but NT was unable to execute a previous buy signal? Does it mean that my position in NT will be Short while in Wealth-Lab flat?

How to avoid it?

Welcome to our forums Daniel, if you can call DLL's natively it would be likely easier to implement and offers better control for you. There would be no dedicated syncronization method available, it would be based on checks you're working into your WL script with our DLL calls sending / processing the orders. You could for example check the WL script position against the position NT would have in the executed to account and then take rectifying steps if needed.

Am I correct that I have to register NT DLL as a COM Object in WL and refernce to its command after each trading signal?
