    The same problem here. I use zenfire as feed. No FDAX and FESX Data since 14:20 european time? ES Future is working without problems...

    Is a error with the eurex connection? It´s annoying!

      Hello,

      Thank you for your post.

      Please answer the following questions so I may further assist:
      • What version of NinjaTrader do you currently have installed which can be found under Help-->About.
      • What data provider are you connecting to within NinjaTrader?
      • Are you showing as connected in the lower left hand corner of the Control Center?
      • Are you receiving data within the Orders tab of the Control Center?
      • Are there any error messages in the Log tab of the Control Center?
      • What time interval chart are you attempting to open?
      • When you right mouse click within your chart are you able to Reload historical data or is the option grayed out?
      • What expiry month are you attempting to load?

          Yes, I´m connected...the problem was today in the morning too

          I have Version 7 of the Ninja Trader with ZenFire.
          I have the problem only at the eurex futures.
          The ES is normal.
          I use 2min Timeframe

          In the FDAX Chart i have no Data between 14:20 and 14:36.
          There are no Candles.

              I am able to reproduce the issue on my end and we are currently looking into the issue further. I will update everyone as soon as I gather additional information.

                Hello,

                Thanks for your patience I got the following response to use on this from zenfire.

                Several network providers in Europe were reporting issues overnight and through the morning. Eurex market data was moved to an alternate channel when telecomm providers in Frankfurt and London reported instability and flaps. Order routing was available the entire time though market data can take a few minutes to repopulate.

                This would explain what happened. If any questions please contact your broker.

                    Yeah, mee too.

                    No Eurex Data (FESX,FGBL,FDAX) since European Open 08:00.
                    6E and ES works fine.
