Saved charts won't load

I cant get any of my saved charts to load. I open a new chart, right click, select templates load, make my selection and hit OK but that chart doesnt open. It just remains the default chart that opened when I hit new chart.
What am I doing wrong?

Saved chart templates are not actual chart instruments and such. They are more like chart settings. If you add an indicator and save the chart it will save that you loaded that indicator.
