Error in collecting data

Hi

I am connected to IB and also able to collect data for a sgx stock H78.

But unable to get data for G13 and futures SSG & STI.

Also how do I get the data for indices.

I do use the instrument manager to add these instruments.

When attempting to access the other instruments, does an error trigger? If so, what does that error report?

In terms of index data, this should be available through your IB connection. Which indexes are you looking to access?

I am able to see the qoutes on IB. When I try to pull up a chart the error says " Error on loading chart data for ... IB error in requesting historical data from IB. No security defination has been found for the request(200).

Some instruments will need extra configuration to work correctly from IB/TWS. You will first need to look up the exchange that is being reported from TWS and manually input this information into NinjaTrader.

Yes I have done that and was able to get data for only one particular stock and not the others.
