Indicator & Strategies don't show

Hello,

I updated my Ninja to 7.0.1000.8 version, but I cannot see some indicators and none of the strategies in the chart scrollbar anymore (see the attached picture) . I've got a lot of indicators but very few are showed. Is there any refresh or something to be made?

Thank you for your note.

Please use the steps I have provided below to resolve the issue:

• Close NinjaTrader
• Documents
• NinjaTrader 7
• bin
• Custom
• Select all Files and delete. Keep in mind delete only files as seen in the attached screen shot and do NOT delete the folders
• Restart NinjaTrader

Next please compile your indicators with the steps I have provided below.

• Tools
• Edit NinjaScript
• Indicators
• Select ADL
• Click Ok
• Within the code window please right mouse click-->Compile
• X out of the window

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

I've tried the second solution and doesn't work.

About the first, you suggest to delete all the indicators in the folders (the @ ones and customized ones)?
Do I have to backup them in order to fill the folder again later?

Otherwise I cannot see how to have my customer indicators back.

Within the Custom folder you will want to only delete the files and not any folder as referenced in the attached screen shot.

After deleting the files you will then be required to Compile as outlined in post #2.

I followed exactly all the steps, but nothing happened.
I've got the same number of indicators as before and the "strategy" scroll bar completely empty.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

Your question is confusing but the screenshot makes clear , sometimes image speaks thousand words. After you write and compiled your indicator once you publish in the custom->indicator directory append the indicator filename(abc.cs ) to @abc.cs. Now to compile click Tools->Edit NinjaScript->indicators/strategy. Select appropriate indicator from the fileList Once your strategy or indicator displays, hit compile or F5.
unless your indicator file name starts with @abc.cs NT7 and compiled will not display in Indicators list. Unfortunately there are only few good knowledgeable ninjatrader tech support I can see, rest all are ...<!$#?!> Good luck my friend.
