    Demo Ninjatrader problem

    I tried to demo the ninjatrader with zenfire. I can't get it working. Not even with another broker who gave me other login details.
    It gives always the same error report:

    login failed: please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection

    I did everything i could to connect, i disconnected the firewall, the AV. I do have a working trading account with other charting software and that one is always working. I have had NT working a couple of years ago.

    Can someone can take a look at my issue?

    So I may further test your account connection on my end, can you please send me your configuration file?
    • You will find your configuration file in the following directory:
    • (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

    Once located, please attach the config.xml file to an e-mail to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with "Attn: Patrick" in the subject line and a reference to this thread: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ad.php?t=48409
