Chart not updating

Chart not updating
On occasion I have the situation where when I open my charts in the morning all of the charts except one or sometimes two will update and operate normally. The odd charts will not update. I have recalled all historic data with no success. I can open a new chart with all of the same indicators, time frames etc with no problem but the original chart will simply not update. Whats going on and how do I fix it??Tags: None

Can you please clarify who you connect to for data? This is displayed in the bottom left hand corner of the NinjaTrader Control Center.
How many workspaces are you loading on startup? Roughly, how many charts are loading in these workspaces?
Do you receive any errors on the log tab of the control center at this time?MatthewNinjaTrader Product Management

I get data from CQG via AMP futures. I may have as many as 6 charts open in each of 3 workspaces. I did not have the situation this am but will check the log file next time it occurs.
