ATM strategy settings keep reverting back!

I can't seem to get it through my thick head why the hell my ATM strategy settings keep reverting back to a previous state. For instance, I have a simple one contract ATM that was set on stoploss=5 and Proftarget=20. No special stop conditions.
But when I try to change and save the settings to something like moving the stop to BE when hitting a profit target or changing the stoploss or target, it is good for one trade and then quietly reverts back to the original setting. It is frustrating as hell and has caused me to watch profitable trades quickly reverse to losers all day today.
Why doesn't the ATM strategy keep the changes when I click the change button?

EDIT: It happens when I use the ATM with changes (AMT1), change to another (ATM2) and then switch back to ATM1. When I switch back, the saved changes are gone. I think it also happens when I make a trade with the changes and then make a second trade.??

Thank you for your post.

After you set up your ATM Stop Strategy parameters, such as an auto breakeven, as a stop strategy template. To do this, Select <Custom> from the stop strategy dropdown menu.

• Set up your stop strategy parameters
• Right-click within the Stop Strategy window and select Manage Stop Strategy Templates...
• Type a name for your stop strategy and click Save
• You will now be able to select this stop strategy template from the dropdown menu

You can then save your entire ATM Strategy, including the stop strategy template, as an ATM template. To do this, set up your ATM parameters.

• Select your saved stop strategy template from the dropdown menu
• Right-click with the ATM parameters and select Manage ATM Templates...
• Type a name for your ATM Strategy and click Save
• You will now be able to select this ATM Strategy template from the ATM Strategy dropdown menu

OK, so I have a saved ATM strategy. What if I want to permanently change the settings without creating a new one?

Thank you for your clarification.

If you want to make permanent changes to a template without creating a new template, you will want to re-save the template under the existing name.

After you have made the changes, right-click within the ATM Parameters and select Manage ATM Templates...

• From the dropdown menu, select the existing name of the template to which you made the modification
• Click Save

I ran into this same issue. Poor user-interface design here.

The real confusion is when you're defining a custom stop strategy. Clicking OK there should be sufficient to permanently save the settings into the active Strategy.

This is something that I'd like to see fixed in the next release.
