Please add Globex-traded COMEX Gold to historical data server

Hi. Can you please add the COMEX gold and silver contracts that trade on Globex to the historical data server (the one for Zen-Fire backfill)? The root symbols are GC and SI, respectively. The volume on these contracts now significantly exceed the volume on the CBOT contracts (ZG and ZI).

February and April are the two nearest active months for gold, and March and May are the two nearest active months for silver.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

Thanks for your suggestion. We'll add them within until end of this month. Please stay tuned.

Thank you, Dierk. Will the historical data collection begin as of today? I just pulled up a chart, and it only had a little data (although I didn't receive the message about the data not being available).

I was told earlier today by support that these contracts are not being backfilled but then I found this thread which says you recently began to on 1/13. However, they still don't seem to be generating data so I'm confused.

agree with earlier poster, these are the highest volume gold contracts. Thanks.

There was some confusion on our end. My apologies. I justed added GC and SI. So tracking will be effective today. Sorry again.

How far back does the historical data go for GC with Zen-Fire?

I would think back to the timestamp of my post below.

I was under the impression that zen-fire only gave a few weeks of historical data. Is that incorrect?

Yes. You'll get minute data since start of recording. even tick data should be available several months back. Just check it out and mind the different expiries.
