PFG Best Forex data GBPUSD GAP

Between GMT 9.30-9.31 Huge gap GBPUSD minute data PFG.
I downloaded, and reloaded data.
My chart connection was on, it look there was not update during that period.
That make me think can I start use PFG for trading, this happend DEMO,
There is no GAP in Dukas and other vendors.

Last time when i sent mail to PFG they say cant replicate.

Hello jokujoku,

When I test it on my end, I experience the same gap. The 2:30 minute bar does not contain all data when loaded from PFG. When I test different data feeds in NinjaTrader, I do not see the gap either.

You can manually edit the historical data in the Historical Data Manager to correct the gap. Please see the link below for instructions.

Bigger problem is live trading, because planning to start using PFG, i know edit feature.
I have used ninja since 2006

Sorry I am not quite sure if I follow. How does the historical data gap affect live trading. Are you saying you did not receive real-time data at 9:30?

NinjaTrader displays the data it receives from the connected data feed.

Can you please clarify "no it was also live event". Is this a confirmation that you did not receive real-time data at 9:30?

Please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support. Put 'Attn Jason, PFG Best Forex data GBPUSD GAP' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.
