Charts Not Loading

Using NT7 with IB and my charts are not loading at all... Need this resolved quickly....

Hello,

What symbols (and expiry) are you attempting to load?

Does it say that is is loading data in the bottom right hand corner of the Control Center?

Are you getting live data from the Orders tab of the Control Center?

Are you receiving any error messages on the Log tab of the Control Center?

Can you load a new chart without any indicator or chart templates loaded? (File--> New--> set load the following chart template to "none")

LGF is the only symbal which loads, market analyzer also does not produce data, data does say loading at bottom of Control panel but never loads, chart with no indicators does not load either

Do these same symbols load in TWS? Or does TWS report you have a delayed market subscription for these products?

If you have not yet, please try disconnecting and reconnecting to Interactive Brokers.

IB said they had problems, but not at all with Nasdax and NYSE which is what I trade, some of their charts load in TWS and not on NT

the problem is with NT it isnt working now out of the blue

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

I am getting an error in log saying unable to restore strategyrobabilities...

dont know what that means, I do not use strategies... I need this problem fixed

i still cant load charts. how did you resolve the issue?

are using IB data? the historical data from IB has a problem, Matthew let me connect through Kinetick trial for the day , IB api seems fine so you can still trade through IB... Did you talk to IB at all?

If you have not yet, please restart NinjaTrader as well as Interactive Brokers Trader Workstation and try again.
