Are you trying to develop the strategy via the Strategy Wizard? If so then unfortunately you cannot build such strategy via the Strategy Wizard. You have to unlock the code and use the NinjaScript editor to do it.

To assist you further can you tell are you building your strategy via the Strategy Wizard or the NinjaScript editor.

In order to code a strategy like you want you will need to know how to program in C#. If you have no experience writing programs or developing applications, you may want to stick to some more basic things.

You cannot build it if you are building your strategy via the Strategy Wizard.
