I realize you are on the first page of the strategy wizard and are looking for some step by step guidance on creating this. There's not a straight answer here as your question is not defined.
Why do you feel an input is required for your coding idea? What type of data structure are you trying to represent through this input? If you don't know the answers to these questions, we don't/can't either.
There is a learning curve to strategy development in general and you are diving right into the deeper concepts, with drawing object based rules.
