no crosshairs refresh on mouse exit

After moving my mouse cursor to another window, the crosshairs are still displayed on NT charts. In the attached image, the mouse is not active on either chart, but the crosshairs persist. There needs to be a cursor refresh when the mouse leaves the chart area. It might seem insignificant, but the crosshairs can be misleading when I'm trying to scan a dozen charts at once. Maybe this can be passed to the devs.
