Charts do not display all historical data

I'm using multiple time-frame charts for euro and other currencies futures. When I change from 6e to 6c the charts shows only 5 day of tick data. The charts were configured for 30 day of data. In addition, I went to the historical download manager and downloaded 4 months of data for my default instrument list. Please advise.

Today, the new chart is working but yesterday I restarted NT a couple of times with no success and turned off my computer. Now, when my system was restarted is working. Can you please explain me why NT is experiencing this behavior? Thanks for your support

Unfortunately I am not sure why the chart did not load the requested 30 days of historical data.

Could it be 'Days to load' was set to 5 instead of 30 in the Data Series menu yesterday?

Are you able to reproduce the issue if you change the 6E chart to 6C?

If the issue recurs, please check the 'Days to load' setting in the Data Series menu. Subsequently right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'. Check if all requested data is loaded.

Please see the attached picture on thread #1 when the problem occurred the properties were the same for all charts and I selected the new contract from the default list.
I couldn't reproduce the same error from 6e to 6c but I got the same error when I changed the chart instrument manually to 6b. Please notice that I do not have 6b on my default list and the charts still have the same properties before I changed the instrument. Thanks for your help.

Hello Vortexe,

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Data Series'. Make sure 'Days to load' is set to 30. Right click in the grid and select 'Set Default For Tick Period Type'.
Subsequently let me know if the issue recurs when switching any instruments in your charts.

Please provide me with your most current log and trace files.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

The log file will be named "log.YYYYMMDD.txt"
You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

The trace file will be named "trace.YYYYMMDD.txt"

Could you possibly send us your log/trace files to support at ninjatraderr dot com along with the following text :
