Both of those feeds are supposedly unfiltered. However, data is just data, and in this case, it is being accessed at your computer after being streamed through an unknown number of intermediaries, on a network that was designed to manage to stream data while the network is unreliable. The net result is that it is very unlikely that any number of different providers will end up managing to stream exactly the same data to your computer, especially as the streamed data has no integrity checks built in. Why else do you think that all the data providers have so many weasel clauses in their agreements, many of them to the effect that even if they give you outright bad data, you will have no legal recourse?
That being said, the kind of differences one would see in tick data from those particular different vendors should be so minor as to be irrelevant.
