I tried to update my NinjaTrader from 64Bit version 7.0.1000.7 to the latest version 64Bit 7.0.1000.9
- Went to http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration
- typed in my License Key, downloaded the setup.exe
- went thru' the installation steps
but in the final step I got a message that it is not compiling and the
pervious version will be restored; but nothing happened.
by the way, I am not sure if the downloaded and installed Setup.exe is 32Bit or 64Bit (I wish there were two specific downloads for 32Bit or 64Bit)
Later, I re-started my computer, then clicked NinjaTrader but still nothing is happening...
I tried to reinstall again but I am getting the following error,
A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file:
C:\Users\ADMINI...\AppData\Local\Temp\2\tmp4144.tm p

I tried to restore from back-up (2012-04-08.ntbk) but nothing was happening there too; however, after few hours, I was able to get the
back-up working
Then I re-started NinjaTrader, but now unable to get it re-started again as none of the shortcuts are working so no way to re-start
So I tried again to run set-up but I am getting the following error, please see attached

I tried to run the back-up (2012-04-08.ntbk) but this time this is giving the same above mentioned error
Please help, I do not want to lose another trading day on Monday due to NinjaTrader problems
