Bid-Ask Spread for Market Analyzer

I see there is ann indicator for AskPrice and BidPrice that works in Market Analyzer. Is there an indicator that plots the Ask-Bid Spread in Markek Analyzer?
It would be very usefull for plotting FX Pip Spreads. Thanks

Unfortunately, this is not something which is available by default within NinjaTrader. I will forward the suggestion that this type of option be added in future releases. In the meantime, this is something which you should be able to accomplish through custom programming. Please forward the suggestion that this type of option be added in future releases because most other platforms such as Tradestation and Multicharts offer this indicator in their default list. That way NT clients don't have to pay to hire a third party company to provide it.

Hi is there any update on this?

It seems strange that this cant be produced by deducting one from the other in a column but if it cant surely it must be a quick fix to add a SPREAD as an option.

I can understand the reticence to allow comparisons etc but am I wrong in thinking that a calculation from existing columns wouldn't be a problem?

At this time there is no update for a Bid-Ask spread column for the Market Analyzer.

I will forward your vote to our Development Team, however this will most likely not be available until the next major version of NinjaTrader, NinjaTrader 8.
