Can't get data for instrument from Zen-Fire

    Can't get data for instrument from Zen-Fire

    Hi everybody. When I try to load data for TF 06-12 Nybot to Chart Trader, Ninja shows me this message "Error on load chart data for TF 06-12 Nybot. Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later."

    I can see data for this instrument via Super DOM and I can load data to Chart Trader using IQFeed as data provider. But for trading I need to get data to Chart Trader from Zen-Fire.

    Hello dcheg,

    The error is related to our historical data server. The message indicates the historical data server was too busy processing other request so your data request could not be processed. Please wait a few moments and check if you can reload the historical data by right clicking the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

    If the error keeps occuring, please send me your log and trace files. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Can't get data for instrument from Zen-Fire' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'. Let me know what kind of internet connection you use as well.

      Thanks for your reply. I've send mail with logs and trace files to your mailbox. I use wired LAN connection via ISP in Moscow. Current speed is about 56 Mb/s

      In this PC I use Ninja Trader with 5 opened Chart Trader windows with different instruments. It worked ok before yesterday's evening. Since 20-00 Chart Trader window with TF 06-12 shows me this message.

        Could you please let me know the outcome of disconnecting/reconnecting your Zen-Fire connection. Do you still experience the message when historical data is loaded?

        Were there any changes on your computer or internet connection setup since yesterday evening?

          I restarted computer with NT and everything is OK. I think it's a typical cure method for Windows-based computers
