Orders aren't placed exact and aren't moveable

    Hi,
I've a problem I don't understand: I want to trade the FGBL-Future with a tick size of 0,005 or 0,0025 but when I'm placing the orders they're not placed exact and if I want to move them afterwards to the "right" position they're showing "PendingChange" and aren't moveable or cancelable anymore.

For example: I want to place a buy-stop-limit-order exactly at 140,1925 (tick size 0,0025) but it's automatically placed at 140,1900 and if I want to move it manually to 140,1925 it gets stuck somehow: it isn't moveable and cancelable but gets filled if reached. I only can cancel the order if I disconnect and reconnect to my broker. The problem only exist when going live, in replay or simulated mode everything works like it should.

I've already reinstalled Ninja Trader but that didn't solve anything. Does the problem exist because my broker doesn't support a lower tick-size than 0,01? Because by trading a tick size of 0,01 everything works fine but - like I told - the orders get filled if the limit is reached.

    Thank you, best regards,
    Munster

Welcome to our forums, which broker do you use with NT? As far as I know the min movement for the FGBL is 0.01 officially as per the Eurex contract specs.

My broker is Mirus Futures. Ok, you're right: the minimum price movement seems to be 0,01. My bad. So Ninja Trader rounds the orders up or down to the min movement but gets stuck if these orders are moved wrong. Thanks for the help!
