Reverse at stop not removing at target

    Greetings,

I have used the Reverse at stop method in previous builds of NT7.

I just noticed today that something has changed.
When I place an ATM order with a Stop and Target the order fills normally.
If I manually right click the DOM and check the "Reverse at stop" an order is placed on the stop bar for reverse. However, if the price continues to the Target and fills, the stop order is not removed.

I must manually remove the order.

This is not how it worked previously.
    Has this changed?
Or is there another method for doing this?

    Thanks,
    D

    Hello D,

When I test it on my end, the reversal order is cancelled when the profit target is filled.

What NinjaTrader version do you have installed? You can check the NinjaTrader version at Control Center-->Help-->About (7.0.1000.X). Make sure you have our latest version (7.0.1000.9). If not, you can download and install the latest version from the link below on top of your current version. Make sure NinjaTrader is closed when you install the new version.

Are you able to reproduce the issue?

Can you please tell me if you can reproduce the issue.

Please send me your log and trace files and include when the issue occurred last. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Attn Jason, Reverse at stop not removing at target' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

          Ok, sent trace and logs.

NT 7 does not play well sending email for me so I've send an email manually.
It appears to have sent the trace files to the support website in a zip form.

          Thanks,

I did not get a reply today.

Did you get the trace and log files?

            Any suggestions for a fix?

            Thanks

                Hello DavidHP,

Sorry - it seemed that you were in contact with Jason when I'd checked in to this yesterday evening.

Please send a new email to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with a link to this thread.
