    Cnnection Issues

    Hey guys,

    I've been having some connection issues this week starting around US session open. I am getting multiple Zenfire disconnects that result an amber indicator in the Control Centre for a few seconds. The log shows

    Primary connection=Connected Price Feed=ConnectionLost
    and then typically 4-5 seconds later
    Primary Connection=Conected Price Feed=Connected
    and data flow restores itself.

    I'm on the latest version of NT, everything is up to date and nothing has changed at my end. Fault is reproducable on my laptop too. Almost seems like a bandwidth problem at a server?

    Hello,

    Are you connecting on a wireless or a hard wired connection? Or have you seen this behavior on both?

    If you can reproduce this on your laptop too, have you tried bypassing network hardware such as your router? If you have not yet, please try connecting directly into the modem and see if this behavior persists.

      My desktop computer is on a wired connection and I have tried both wired and wireless on my laptop. My router/modem is all in one device.

      I have had this setup running flawlessly since the last update to NT. I was experiencing this behaviour occasionally before NT was last updated and the update fixed it.

      I have also checked bandwidth at my end and even at busy market periods I don't appear to be using more than about half of my internet connections capability.

        Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.
